Interview
We start by listening. We walk the site with you, gather your requirements and get clear on the scale, the constraints and what “done” looks like before anyone quotes a number.
Scope
With the requirements understood we develop the scope and prepare a detailed, itemised estimate — timeline, cost and a written description of work, so there is nothing left to interpretation.
Design
On approval we submit the final plan and proceed to design. Where you have asked for options we lay out the possibilities and the selections available for the space, with our recommendation.
Build
Materials are ordered and the work goes in. We coordinate every phase with you and keep one point of contact, so you always know who to call and what happens next.
